I’m Corey J. Rutt, a web designer and developer located in Burnaby, BC.

My passion for web design has shaped my career, leading me to establish a company aimed at transforming the internet into a more modern and accessible space for everyone — and all their devices and screen sizes.

Over the years, my background in marketing has equipped me with valuable insights into customer engagement and conversion-focused design — ensuring that style and quality remain intact. I’ve gained a keen understanding of how design and content influence the relationships our clients build with their audiences.

I have a distinct perspective on customer preferences, how to assess them, and how to implement contemporary user experience (UX) principles to maximize your website’s effectiveness.

My journey in digital marketing began in 2016 at a local agency, where I quickly transitioned into web design and development, creating landing pages and e-commerce sites for clients.

Eager to deepen my design knowledge, I enrolled at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where I faced one of my biggest challenges yet.

BCIT was demanding, but I learned a tremendous amount and even earned an award for our major program project.

I was part of the award-winning team that took first place at the Annual Student Innovation Design and Technology Showcase.

Our app, Moneyment, stood out among nine other teams, receiving accolades from program head Henry Leung and notable guests, including Burnaby’s Mayor Mike Hurley.

My unique blend of experiences empowers me to craft engaging websites that effectively promote services or products.
